Project Overview
The settlement of Kimanis is set to become a bustling hub of industry as the oil and gas sector takes center stage. New Kimanis Town Sdn. Bhd., a property development subsidiary of Homelite Sdn. Bhd., has successfully acquired 30 acres of prime land to kick-start the development. With the backing of the Sabah state government, the Kimanis Town will capitalize on the abundance of deep-water projects in the region. This project will be carried out in few phases, and phase 1 has been completed with 75 units of a variety of 2- and 3- storey shoplots and office spaces.
